The Kingsport Lions
Club will host its 9th Annual Golf Tournament at Cattails
at Meadowview, Friday, September 14th, 2007. The tournament
will help the Lions Club photoscreen the eyes of our pre-school
children ages 1-5, provide vision testing in approximately 40 area
schools, and provide eyeglasses for indigent children and adults in
Kingsport and Sullivan County. We also support numerous Lions
district projects for the visually impaired. Our charitable
budget for 2007 will exceed $21,000.
